My Day 2 – Getting My Ideas Into Market Samurai

Day 2 is all about getting comfortable with Market Samurai and doing some keyword research. Hopefully you either read my last blog post:

Day 2 – Market Samurai And Keyword Research or went through all of the Day 2 Thirty Day Challenge videos.

Here’s my list of ideas to recap:

1. Pet Rabbit
2. Therapy Animal
3. Aquarium Fish
4. Natural Home
5. Content Management System
6. Web Properties
7. Electronic House
8. Green Living
9. Green Car
10. Green Careers

And a few other ideas that came up in the last couple days:

• Pet Adoptions
• Toy Dog
• Small Dogs

I took off a few ideas/phrases that I didn’t have much interest in, just to narrow my keyword analysis. If I can’t come up with 2-3 great phrases then we’ll go back to the ideas I struck out. Here’s my keyword analysis for Day 2:

Keyword Research Summary

Keyword research and analysis can take up a lot of time. If you like looking at numbers and stats as I do then try to limit the amount of time you spend doing this portion of the Thirty Day Challenge. The goal here was to find 2-3 phrases that meet the 2 criteria:

1. More than 80 searches a day
2. Less than 30,000 web pages in competition

I highlighted my hopeful phrases in red/italics and here they are below:
